Seagull Leathers

Seagull Leathers is located at 1/49 Perumal Koil Street over in Vandalur. If you know the area, it’s near the temple, which makes it easy enough to find. We’ve been set up here for a bit, working with different types of leather goods. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a lobby with coffee or anything like that. Instead, there are benches and tools and a lot of raw materials waiting to be used. The street gets a bit dusty in the summer, and we often have the doors open to let some air in while we work. Vandalur is growing fast, but our little spot stays pretty much the same. We spend the morning checking what needs to be finished and the afternoon actually doing the assembly. Sometimes the leather is tough to work with, and our hands get tired, but that’s part of the job. We aren’t a giant factory, just a local place doing leather work. Most of our neighbors know us by now. We try to keep things organized, but when we’re busy, there are piles of stuff everywhere. It feels more like a home than an office most of the time. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get home before the traffic gets too bad. It’s nothing fancy, just what we do to make a living.
