Schafer Leathers

We've been at the second floor on Barracks Road for a while now. Periamet is a busy place, and Schafer Leathers fits right in with the rest of the shops around here. It’s mostly just us working with leather goods every day. The building is old No. 7 but the new number is 13. Getting up to the second floor takes a bit, but that's where we do everything. We handle different types of leather work and mostly focus on getting the jobs done as they come in. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a workspace where we spend most of our hours. Sometimes it gets crowded with materials, but we manage. People know where to find us in Periamet if they need anything specific. We don't really do big advertisements. Most of the time it’s just word of mouth or people stopping by because they’re in the neighborhood for similar business. The stairs are narrow, and the street outside is always full of activity. We’ve stayed in this spot because it makes sense for what we do. It’s a practical location. There’s a lot of history in these streets with leather trade, so being here feels right for us. We just keep our heads down and work on the orders. It's a straightforward setup. We don't have a website or a receptionist, so we just answer the door or the phone ourselves when we can.
