Rototech Engineering Solutions

Our place is at D 9 Munusamy Street, just off Vanagaram Road. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the Kumar Hotel in the Athipet area. Rototech Engineering Solutions isn't a massive factory, it’s more of a specialized workshop. We have been here for a while and the locals know us. The street is a bit narrow, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. Inside, the floor is concrete and we have various tools and engineering equipment scattered around. We do a lot of repairs and custom work for machines. There is always the smell of machine oil and metal shavings in the air. We don't have air conditioning, so we keep the big shutters open to let the breeze in. On some days, it gets really busy and we have parts laid out across the entire floor. We don't use a lot of fancy software for our work; it’s mostly hands-on and based on what we’ve learned over the years. The staff usually brings lunch from home and we eat together in the small area at the back. It’s a straightforward business and we don't do much in the way of advertising. People just know where we are and what we do. We close up around seven and head home, ready to do it all again the next day. It’s honest work and we like being part of the Athipet neighborhood. It is home for us.
