K. G. Impex

Our office for K. G. Impex is located at 1108/6a Univ Road, inside the Horizon Apartments. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because it’s a residential building, so it feels a lot more quiet than a typical commercial block would. We like it that way. Most of the morning is spent checking on our inventory and responding to messages from people we trade with. Since we are in an apartment complex, we try to keep things low-key so we don't bother the neighbors too much. You’ll see a lot of paperwork on our tables because there is always something to sign or verify when you are in the impex business. We use one of the rooms mainly for storage of smaller items and the other for the actual desk work we do. The Univ Road area is usually busy with students and local traffic, so getting in and out can take a bit of time during peak hours. We’ve set up our workspace to be as functional as possible, even if it looks a bit crowded with all the boxes sitting around. It’s just a small team of us here. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist, so when someone comes by, one of us just gets up from the desk to say hello. It’s a very practical way to run things, focusing on the work rather than the appearance of the office. It gets the job done for us every day.
