Tufale Enterprises

Tufale Enterprises is located at No. 102 on Gst Road in Pallavaram. We’re up on the second floor, so you have to walk up the stairs since there isn't a lift that works all the time. Being on Gst Road means there is a constant stream of traffic and horns honking outside our window. We’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. Our space is just a few rooms where we manage our business activities. It’s not a fancy showroom. We have some desks, a few filing cabinets, and a lot of samples scattered around. We started this enterprise to provide for our families and it has grown into a decent little business. We don't use any complicated systems or corporate jargon. We just talk to our customers and try to help them find what they are looking for. Usually, it's just two or three of us in the office at any given time. We make our own tea in the afternoon and talk about how the day is going. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when a lot of orders come in at once, but we always manage to get through the pile eventually. We like being in Pallavaram because it's easy for people to reach us, even if the stairs are a bit steep. We just keep doing our work every day and hope for the best, staying practical about everything we do.
