We are Trust Aircon Pvt. Ltd. and our place is located at 78, Elango Nagar Main Road in Virugambakkam. It’s a busy street, so there’s always a bit of traffic and noise outside our front door. We’ve been working from this location for several years. The building is just a normal one, nothing that stands out too much from the others on the road. Inside, we have our equipment and some space where we keep the units we are working on. It’s not a fancy showroom. Most of our day is spent either out on calls or in the back fixing things that have stopped working. We are just a group of people who know a lot about air conditioning and how to keep things cool. We don't have any interest in sounding like a big corporation. We talk to our customers like neighbors because many of them are. If a unit breaks down in this heat, people just want it fixed without any fuss, and that is what we try to do. Sometimes the spare parts take a while to arrive, and we have to tell people to wait, which isn't always fun. But we try to be honest about how long things will take. We’ve built a decent reputation around Virugambakkam just by showing up and doing what we said we would do. That is pretty much all there is to Trust Aircon. We just keep working.
