Fuel Injection Engineers

Our workshop is tucked away at No. 21A Langs Garden in Pudupet. It’s right there in the Komaleeswaranpet area. If you know this part of the city, you know it’s where all the mechanical stuff happens. Fuel Injection Engineers has been here for years. The shop is usually full of the smell of diesel and old metal. We spend most of our time hunched over engines or testing fuel pumps on the benches. It’s greasy work and our hands are rarely clean. The shop isn’t very big, so we have to keep things organized or we’d never find anything. We have a lot of old tools that still work better than some of the new ones. People bring their parts here when they’re having trouble with their machines. We don’t have a website or anything like that. We just talk to the customers when they walk in. Langs Garden is a loud street with constant horns and people shouting. You get used to the noise after a while. We have a couple of fans to keep the air moving, but it still gets pretty hot in the afternoons. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town. We just want to fix what’s broken and get it back to the owner. It’s a steady rhythm of work that we’ve kept up for a long time. Pudupet is where we work and we’re happy enough here.
