Site Engg

You can find Site Engg at 12, Sundaram Street in the Jafferkhanpet area of Chennai. We have been here at this address for a good number of years. It is a small street and our office is just a regular building like all the others. We are not a large engineering firm with a lot of staff. It is mostly a hands-on operation where we spend our days at various construction sites across the city. Chennai can be a very hot and crowded place to work, but we are local so we are used to the pace. Our office is where we do all the boring stuff like paperwork and checking regulations. We don't have a website or a social media person. We just talk to people face to face. The work we do is practical and often quite messy. We are usually covered in dirt or cement by the time the day is over. We don't try to sound corporate because we aren't. We are just local workers who understand how sites need to be managed. Sometimes we have to deal with difficult weather or materials that don't arrive on time. We just take it as it comes and try to keep things moving. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is what we do for a living. We just keep things simple and focus on the work itself without any extra fuss.
