Tribology India Ltd.

You can find us at the Tvs Complex in Padi. We are tucked away right behind the Sundaram Break Lining facility. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you don’t know where you’re going, but once you see the large industrial sheds, you’re close. Tribology India Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for a while. The area is very industrial, with a lot of big companies nearby. We have a fairly large space, but it’s mostly filled with equipment and supplies. The floors are concrete and there’s always someone moving something with a pallet jack. It’s not a quiet place. There is always a low hum of machinery in the background. Our staff consists of people who actually know how things work. We don't spend time on polished presentations. Most of the time, we are just looking at specs or checking on how the equipment is running. The weather in Padi can get quite humid, so the workshop gets a bit stuffy, but we keep the big doors open to let the air in. There’s a small canteen nearby where we all go for lunch. It’s a routine life here. We start early in the morning and wrap things up when the work is finished. It’s a no-nonsense environment where we just focus on what needs to get done for the day. We don't worry about being flashy. It’s just work.
