You can find us at 147/31 North Mada Street in Thiruvottiyur. If you’ve ever been to this part of Chennai, you know how packed the streets get, especially near the big temple. Rooyan International is tucked away in this busy area. We do international business, which sounds big, but we are a small operation at heart. We deal with various goods and shipping details every day. The noise from the street is always there, with the bells and the horns, but you get used to it after a week. Our office is a bit old-fashioned. We have shelves full of folders and old samples of things we’ve traded over the years. It’s a bit of a maze inside. We like the location because everything we need is right around the corner. The people working here are mostly locals who have been in the trade for a long time. We don’t use a lot of fancy technology, just the basics to keep our orders moving across borders. Sometimes the humidity makes everything feel a bit slow, but we keep pushing through. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. People just know we are here on North Mada Street. We value being reliable and just getting the shipping documents right. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls to different time zones throughout the whole week.
