Mannady is a busy place, and we are right in the middle of it on Thambu Chetty Street. Being on the 3rd floor means we have to walk up a lot, which keeps us moving. Office number 6 isn’t huge, but it fits everything we need. The building is old and has that specific smell of old paper and dust. You can hear the traffic from the street below all day long. Thambu Chetty Street is famous for being crowded, so getting here in the morning takes some time. We usually start early before the sun gets too high. Inside, we have our files organized the best we can. Sometimes the lift works, sometimes it doesn’t, so we mostly just use the stairs. It’s a lively neighborhood. There are so many other businesses around here, everyone is just doing their own thing. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking to people about orders. Mannady is full of life and noise, and being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the rooftops. We keep a water cooler in the corner because it stays warm in the office. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now and know the local tea seller by name. It’s just a standard office setup where we handle our business day by day. Nothing too complicated, just the usual routine.
