Team Work Engineering Solutions is located on the first floor at No.5J, New Avadi Road. We are pretty close to the Nathamuni Junction in Villivakkam, so there is always a lot of traffic noise coming from outside the windows. The stairs up to our place are a bit narrow and steep, but we’ve gotten used to climbing them over the years. We spend a lot of our time sitting at our benches or looking closely at technical drawings. It's not a huge space by any means, but we have enough room for the specific machines we need to do our jobs. Sometimes the floor gets a bit cluttered with small parts and metal scraps that we haven't cleared away yet. We don't have a marketing team or any sales people. It’s just a few of us here who actually know how to handle the tools and the materials. We take on whatever engineering jobs come through the door. Some days are slow and we just clean up the shop or organize the shelves, and other days we are working quite late to finish a specific task for someone. Villivakkam is a good place for a business like ours because everything we might need is nearby. If we need a specific bolt or a small piece of steel, there’s usually another shop within walking distance that has it. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the actual work. We aren't big on talking. We prefer to just get the measurements right and move on to the next thing on the list.
