You can find us at 11, 7th Cross Street over in the Lake Area of Nungambakkam. It is a decent neighborhood to work in, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a struggle if you arrive at the wrong time. We have been operating Taurus Leathers Ltd from this spot for a while. The office is tucked away, so it is a bit quieter than the main roads. Inside, we have stacks of samples and files everywhere. It is a working office, not a showroom. We deal with various leather goods and spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and buyers. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just carry on with what needs doing. Our team is small, mostly just a few of us who have known each other for years. We eat lunch together and talk about whatever is happening in the city. There is not a lot of hierarchy here. If something needs to be moved or packed, whoever is free just does it. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to stay consistent with what we provide. People know they can find us here during normal hours. It is a simple setup. We focus on getting the details right on the orders. It is not glamorous, but it works for us and our families. It takes a lot of effort to keep things moving.
