Tara Chand Chaudhary

We've been at this spot on Deendayalu Street for quite a while now. Most people know us because we're right near the Pondy Bazaar Post Office. Being in T Nagar means it gets pretty busy around here, but we like the energy. It's just a small place, nothing fancy at all. We mostly deal with the day-to-day things that people in this neighborhood need. Tara Chand Chaudhary is the name on the board outside, and that's who we are. Some days are slower than others, but there is always someone popping in to ask a question or look for something specific. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing. It is just us working here, trying to keep things organized. The shelves might look a bit crowded sometimes, but we usually know where everything is tucked away. If you are walking down towards the post office, you will see our shop at number five. We open up pretty early most mornings. It's nice seeing the same faces from the street coming by. We don't have a big website or anything like that, just the physical shop where we spend our time. Sometimes the traffic on Deendayalu Street makes it hard to park, but people manage. We just focus on getting the work done and helping out whoever walks through the door. It is a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work fine for us. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years.
