Kembathamakki Estate

Kembathamakki Estate is located over in Ashok Nagar, specifically at B-1, 40th Sabari Apartments. The address is a little confusing because it has an old number, 40, and a new number, 33, but that is just how things go around here sometimes. We are on 10th Avenue. It is a nice part of the neighborhood with quite a few trees lining the road. Working out of an apartment building like Sabari Apartments makes things feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office block. You get the sounds of the neighborhood, people heading out for groceries or kids coming home from school. We spend our hours managing the estate matters from our desks. It is mostly quiet work. We have our files and our phones, and that is what keeps us busy through the week. Sometimes visitors get a bit lost looking for the specific building since there are many apartments on 10th Avenue, but once they find B-1, it is simple. We do not have any glossy brochures or big marketing teams. We just stay on top of the tasks that come our way. It is a very practical setup. We like that the location is easy to get to from different parts of the city. Being in Ashok Nagar feels central but also tucked away just enough. We keep things moving at a steady pace and don't worry too much about the rest of the noise.
