The Cottanad Plantations Limited

We’ve been running things from our office at Gemini Parsn Apartment on Anna Salai for quite some time now. Dealing with plantations means there is always something going on with the crops or the weather. It isn't always easy work, but it keeps us busy. We mostly handle the administration and the paperwork from here at NO. B-4-3. People sometimes ask what exactly happens at The Cottanad Plantations Limited, and it’s basically just the day-to-day management of the land and the trees. We aren't a big fancy operation with hundreds of office workers. It’s a small team. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or looking at reports from the field. Some days are slow, and other days everything seems to happen at once. Being on Anna Salai is convenient for meetings, though the traffic around here can be a real headache. We’ve stayed in this same spot because it works for us. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Just some desks and files. If you walk past the Gemini Parsn building, that's where we are. We try to keep things simple and just get the work done without making a big fuss about it. It’s just how we operate. Sometimes the air conditioner acts up, but we manage. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not, just a regular plantation company doing what we know how to do.
