Kannamma Impex

We are situated at number 44/21 on North Crescent Road, which is right in the T. Nagar area. As anyone who lives in Chennai knows, this is a very busy and crowded part of town. Kannamma Impex is a relatively small operation, and we mostly focus on trading and moving different types of goods. Our office is tucked away a bit from the main road, so it manages to stay a little quieter than the big shopping streets that are nearby. We spend a significant amount of our time on the phone or going through long lists of what is coming in and what is being sent out. It is a lot of logistical work that probably does not look like much to someone watching from the outside. The room is usually filled with old ledgers and maybe a few samples of the items we handle. We do not have a fancy reception area or a lounge for guests. If you happen to stop by, you will likely just see us sitting at our desks and working through the humid morning heat. We usually keep the windows open to catch whatever breeze might be blowing, even if that means the city noise comes right in with it. It is just an honest way for us to make a living. We have been in this building for quite some time now. The stairs are narrow but they get us where we need to go. We are just people doing our daily work.
