Emtex Industries India Ltd. is based right here on Mothilal Street. If you know T-nagar, you know how busy it gets around here with all the traffic and people moving about. We’ve been at number 1 for a good while now. It’s just a regular place where we get our work done every day. Most mornings start with opening up the shutters and checking what needs to be handled first. The building isn't fancy, just a practical space for us to operate. Some days are louder than others because of the street noise outside, but we’re used to it. We deal with various industrial things, keeping things moving as best as we can. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the paperwork is right. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a quick break. T. Nagar has a specific energy that keeps you on your toes. We aren't trying to be anything huge, just a steady business keeping our spot on the map. Dealing with suppliers and local folks takes up most of our hours. It can be a bit chaotic during festival seasons when the whole area gets packed. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. There’s always something to organize or a phone call to take. That’s pretty much the life here at the office. We like the location because everything is close by, even if parking is a nightmare. It’s home for the business.
