Our place is at No. 17 Mahalakshmi Street in T. Nagar. As anyone who lives in Chennai knows, T. Nagar is one of the busiest places you could choose to be. Mahalakshmi Street is a bit tucked away, but you still feel the energy of the shopping crowds nearby. Our office isn't very large. It’s mostly filled with desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We handle both importing and exporting, so there’s always double the amount of paperwork to deal with. We’ve got a small team, and we’ve all been working together for a long time. The morning starts with checking the overnight messages and seeing what arrived at the port. It’s a lot of coordination with customs and shipping agents. Sometimes the traffic in T. Nagar makes it hard for our couriers to get through, so we have to plan everything carefully. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us hunched over our screens or talking loudly on our phones. It’s a functional space. We like being in T. Nagar because it’s easy to meet people, even if the parking is a nightmare. We’re just regular folks trying to make sure the business runs smoothly every day. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work, but we’ve got a system that works for us. We just keep our heads down and get the job done without much fuss.
