Our office for Aaa Import & Export Chennai Pvt. Ltd. is on the second floor of Esa Tower. You can find us at No 24 Errabalu Chetty Street. Being in this part of Chennai means it’s always crowded and there’s always something happening right outside the door. We’ve been in this building for a bit, and while the elevator can be slow, the space works for us. We handle a lot of international paperwork here. Errabalu Chetty Street is known for businesses like ours, so we are surrounded by people doing similar things. It’s a lot of logistical work, making sure things move from one port to another without getting stuck in some warehouse. We have a small team sitting at their desks, mostly staring at spreadsheets or talking to customs agents. It gets quite noisy with the fans going and the street traffic below, but we’re used to it. We don't try to look like those big corporate firms you see in the movies. Our furniture is a bit mismatched and there’s always a stack of files that needs filing. We just focus on getting the cargo where it needs to go. Sometimes the paperwork gets confusing with all the different regulations, but we’ve done it long enough to know the shortcuts. It’s just a steady job for us, keeping the trade moving through the city. We usually finish up late but that is just the nature of the business.
