Sukda Seed

We are located at No: 1247, 15Th Street in Kolathur. Sukda Seed is where we handle all the sorting and bagging of seeds. It’s a small operation. We spend most of the day surrounded by bags and containers. It can get a bit crowded in here when a new shipment arrives from the suppliers. Kolathur is where we’ve set up shop and stayed. It’s a busy street, but we manage. We’ve got different kinds of seeds coming through all the time. Most of what we do is just checking the quality and making sure things are stored right so they don't spoil. It’s not very exciting work, but it’s necessary for the local growers. We talk to farmers and local gardeners who need stuff for their planting seasons. Sometimes the 15th street traffic makes it hard to load the trucks. We’ve been here for a good bit now. Everyone in the shop knows their job. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big storefront. It’s just a place to get seeds. Some of the equipment is old, but it works. We just keep at it. Usually, we're open from morning until late afternoon. If we aren't here, we're probably moving stock around in the back. It’s just a regular local business. Nothing more to it. We keep the inventory moving and the seeds dry. It's been like this for years.
