It’s a working unit with concrete floors and high ceilings. We spend our hours checking the quality of the garments and making sure everything is packed up for the next stage. It gets quite humid here in Chennai, so the fans are always on, humming in the background. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches. We are just regular people who know how to handle fabric. Sometimes things get a bit messy when we have a lot of work, but we clear it out eventually.
