Our office is at 1a Regency, No 5 1st Lane. It is right off Nungambakkam High Road. If you have been to Nungambakkam, you know it is one of the busiest parts of the city. There are always cars and people everywhere. Our lane is a little tucked away, which is nice because it cuts down on some of the noise from the main road. Srinivasa Fashions Private Limited has been around for some time. We have a decent-sized space here, but it is mostly filled with boxes and equipment. We aren't really set up for visitors to walk in and browse. It is more of a production and management hub for us. The lighting inside is that bright fluorescent kind that keeps you awake. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets and fabric samples. It is a lot of coordination to get things right. The staff here is pretty close-knit. We usually share lunch and talk about things other than work for a bit to clear our heads. Nungambakkam High Road is great because you can find anything you need just a short walk away. Even though we are a private limited company, we still feel like a small local operation. We do not have any corporate polish or fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have a lot of work to do and a small team to do it. It is just our daily life in the Regency building.
