We have been here for a while now and have become part of the daily rhythm of Padi. The shop is not very big, but it has everything we need to keep things running. We do not use any fancy corporate language or have a complicated setup. It is just a room with our equipment and materials. We start our day early when the street is just waking up and stay until the evening. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses or local residents, so everyone knows each other. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We keep the doors open to catch whatever breeze we can. Sometimes the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, but we just work around it. There is no big management team here, just us. We focus on getting through the day's work without making a fuss. Padi is a hardworking area, and we feel like we fit right in on Vanniyar Street. It is a humble place, but it serves us well for our daily business and we are happy here.
