You can find us at Plot No 8 in Shastri Nagar. We are right in Pulianthope, very close to the bus stand, which means it’s never really quiet around here. There is always the sound of horns and people rushing to catch their ride. Our office is a straightforward space. We didn't spend much on decorating because that isn't really the point of what we do. We mostly focus on getting orders sorted and making sure things get where they are supposed to go. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time navigating the narrow bits near the plot, but we usually figure it out. It’s a small team, just a couple of us handling the phones and the paperwork. We started out with just one small room and gradually took over more of the space as we needed it. There’s a tea stall just around the corner where we usually get our morning drinks, and that’s where most of the local news happens. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just answer the phone when it rings and try to help out whoever is on the other end. Most of our days are spent checking lists and making sure the inventory matches what the customers are asking for. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down.
