Sri Vaishnavi Enterprises

Our office for Sri Vaishnavi Enterprises is located at 19 Station Road in Korattur, which is really close to the railway station. You can usually hear the trains passing by all throughout the day, which is something you just get used to after a week or so of working here. Being in Venkataraman Nagar means there is always a lot of foot traffic outside, people rushing to catch their commute or coming home from work. This isn't a massive operation. We are just a small group of people working out of this space, handling whatever orders come in and keeping track of our inventory. The building is older, and the front door sticks a bit when it rains, but it serves its purpose for us. We keep the kettle going for tea in the afternoons, which is when things usually quiet down for a bit before the evening rush starts. There’s no big sign with flashing lights, just our name on the door and some files piled up on the shelves inside. Most of our day is spent on the phone or writing out lists. It’s honest work and we’ve been in this neighborhood long enough that we know the guys at the tea stall and the other shop owners on the block. We don't try to be something we aren't, we just show up and do the job as best as we can in this little corner of the city. We appreciate the familiar faces.
