Sri Sankarlal Sundarbai Shasun Jain College For Wo is located right in the heart of T Nagar in Chennai. We are at No 3 on Madley Road, which is incredibly close to the Mambalam Railway Station. If you have ever been to T Nagar, you know it is probably the busiest shopping area in the city. There are people everywhere, all the time. Being near the station means there is a constant stream of commuters walking past our gates. The noise of the trains and the crowds is just part of our daily life here. It’s a college for women, and many of the students take the train to get here because it is so convenient. The building itself is tucked away just enough from the main shopping streets, but you still feel the energy of the city. Inside, things are a bit calmer than the street outside. We have various departments and rooms spread across the facility. It is a very practical place. We don't spend money on flashy decorations or expensive marketing stuff. We just focus on keeping the classes running. The staff knows the local area well, from the best places to get lunch to the quickest shortcuts through the crowded lanes. It is a bit of a maze around here, but once you find us, it’s quite simple. We just keep doing our work, day in and day out, helping the students navigate their way through their courses while the busy city rushes by outside.
