Sri Annai Enterprises

Our shop, Sri Annai Enterprises, is located at No. 1/27 on Sundarar Street. That is in T. M. P. Nagar, over in Padi. It is a residential-meets-commercial kind of street. We have been working out of this space for some time now. It isn't a large building, just a regular ground floor unit. We handle different types of small-scale engineering and supply work. You might see us unloading stuff from a rickshaw in the mornings. Padi is a busy area with a lot of small shops like ours. We know most of the people on Sundarar Street. Sometimes it gets crowded with parked bikes, but we manage. Inside, it is a bit cluttered with boxes and parts, but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a person to answer phones all day. If the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands and picks it up. We prefer it that way. It is a local business and we like being part of the community here. The work is steady and it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes we have to work late to get an order ready for the next morning. There is a lot of manual labor involved, but we are used to it. No one here wears a suit. We wear clothes that we don't mind getting a bit of grease on. It is just the way we have always done things here in Padi.
