Sree Vittala Exports Private Limited is based out of Sakthi Nagar in Cuddalore. Specifically, we are at #138 and 139 in the Koothapakkam area. If you come looking for us, look for the buildings with the most activity around the loading docks. We do a lot of exporting, so there are always boxes being taped up or pallets being moved around. Cuddalore can get incredibly hot, especially in the summer months, and our warehouse isn't exactly a cool oasis. We mostly just keep the doors open and try to catch whatever breeze comes off the coast. The staff here consists of local people who know the rhythm of the work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a steady one that handles its business. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking shipping schedules and talking to agents at the port. It’s a lot of back and forth, and sometimes things get delayed, which means we stay late to make sure everything is sorted out. We don’t have a fancy website with a lot of empty promises. We just have our space here in Sakthi Nagar where we get the work done. You’ll often see us sitting outside for a tea break during the late afternoon. It’s a practical way to run a business, focusing on the day-to-day tasks rather than looking at a five-year plan. We just deal with the goods and the containers.
