Southern Hitech Cement Private Limited is located over in the Vyasarpadi area. We are in the Radiance Empire building, specifically at Flat no D402 on Plot no E201 along Stephenson Road. It is a busy part of Perambur. If you’ve ever been around here, you know the roads can be a bit of a maze sometimes. Our office is up on the fourth floor. It’s not a huge place, just a regular flat turned into a workspace. We have desks, some computers, and a lot of files about cement orders. Being in a residential-commercial mix building means we see our neighbors a lot. Sometimes the hallway smells like someone is cooking lunch, which is nice. We handle the planning and the sales from this spot. It’s a lot of phone calls to sites and warehouses. The fans are always running because it gets stuffy in the afternoons. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just a small group of us trying to keep things organized. We deal with the ups and downs of the construction industry every day. Some days the phones don't stop ringing, and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We’ve been here for a while and we know the neighborhood well. It’s a good spot for us. We just focus on the work at hand and making sure the supplies get to where they are supposed to be.
