Sjlt Weaving Mills Private Limited is located right on Cathedral Road, which most people in Chennai know is a pretty busy stretch. We are tucked away at No 2E, 22-A in Gopalapuram. It’s an interesting spot for a weaving mill because it’s right in the middle of everything. We spend our days managing the looms and making sure the fabric comes out okay. It’s noisy work, but we are used to it by now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our records and talk to the staff. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighborhood has changed around us, but we just keep doing what we do. Our team is mostly local folks who have been in the textile industry for years. There’s no big corporate vibe here. We drink our tea, check the machines, and deal with whatever problems come up that day. Sometimes the monsoon rains make things a bit tricky on Cathedral Road, but we stay open. We don't really do big advertisements. Most of our work comes from people who already know where we are. It’s a steady pace, and we like it that way. Just a group of people working hard in the heart of the city, trying to keep the machines running and the weaving moving along without too many hiccups. We aren't fancy, we just do the work and try to stay on schedule as much as we can.
