We are tucked away in the Sidco Industrial Estate over in Ambattur, specifically at No. 2/38. If you know this area, you know it’s all about industry and getting things manufactured. It’s noisy and busy, with a lot of movement all day long. Our unit for Srinivasa Fashion Pvt. Ltd. is just one of many, but we’ve been here long enough to know the rhythms of the place. We do fashion manufacturing, which sounds more glamorous than it actually feels when you’re on the floor. Most of the time, we’re just dealing with logistics, workers, and deadlines. We don’t have a fancy front office with coffee machines and soft chairs. It’s more about metal tables, heavy machines, and stacks of fabric. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait for the generator, which is just part of the life here. We don’t spend time writing big mission statements or talking about visions. We just want to get the orders finished and out the door on time. Our team is pretty straightforward. We talk, we work, and we go home.
