Shri Hariharan Cloths Private Limited

Our office is on Kambar Street in Thanthai Periyar Nagar, which is part of the Tharamani area in Chennai. We are on the first floor at No.1A. It’s a busy spot, especially with the traffic around Chennai, but we’ve gotten used to it. We deal with all sorts of cloths and garments here. It’s a small team we have, just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. We don't go in for big marketing or fancy slogans. To be honest, we just focus on getting the fabric right and making sure the stitching isn't coming apart. We spend a lot of time looking at different patterns and trying to decide what will sell. Sometimes we agree, sometimes we don't, but we always figure it out. Being in Tharamani is handy because it's easy for our suppliers to find us. The building isn't anything special, just a regular place where we can keep our stock and do our paperwork. We try to keep things simple. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to do our jobs and go home. We’ve been in the cloth business for years, so it’s second nature to us now. It’s a decent way to spend the day, even when it’s hot outside and the fans are barely keeping up. We just keep moving through the pile of orders we have on the desk. Sometimes the city noise gets loud, but we just shut the windows and keep going until the work for the day is finished up.
