Our office is located inside Dev Apartments, specifically in Flat 2B. It is right on Sundarajan Street in Chennai. We deal with reinforcements and structural stuff for buildings. It is a small setup, nothing too fancy, just the team working from this flat. Most of our days are spent looking at technical drawings or talking to various suppliers on the phone. The area is fairly quiet compared to the main roads, which really helps when we need to concentrate on the numbers and the plans. Being in Chennai for so long, we have seen a lot of changes in how things are built around here. Reinforcement work is pretty technical and requires a lot of patience from everyone involved. We handle the orders and make sure the materials are getting where they need to go. It is hard work and the days can get quite long, especially when there are deadlines to meet. We do not really do much advertising or anything like that; we just stick to what we know. The apartment works well for us as a base of operations. Sometimes it gets a little cramped with all the files and samples lying around, but we manage just fine. If you are looking for the place, just look for number thirteen on the street. We have been here for a bit and know the local area well. It is a practical way to run things.
