Saveetha School Of Management

You can find Saveetha School Of Management at 162, Poonamallee High Road. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always something going on outside our doors. The building is easy to see, and many people pass it every day on their way into the city. We’ve been here for a while, focusing on teaching business and management to older students. Unlike the smaller schools, our students are mostly young adults. The atmosphere is a bit more serious, with people heading to lectures or sitting in the common areas talking about their projects. We have several floors with lecture halls and computer labs that stay busy throughout the day. The parking area usually gets full pretty quickly in the mornings. We have a small cafeteria where students and staff grab lunch or a coffee between classes. It’s a practical place, geared towards getting people ready for their careers. The faculty offices are usually open if a student needs to drop by and ask a question. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do; we just provide the space and the resources for people to study. It’s a straightforward academic environment right in the middle of a very active part of Chennai. We have a small security desk at the front where you have to sign in if you’re visiting. The elevators are sometimes a bit slow, so most of us just take the stairs. It’s good exercise anyway. The notice boards are always covered in flyers. We see students rushing for the bus outside our entrance every evening. It’s a real place for real learning.
