Saravana Enterprises

You can find Saravana Enterprises over at 63 Gandhi Road in Sriperumbudur. It’s an area that has changed a lot over the years with all the new factories and warehouses popping up around us. Our place isn’t anything special to look at, just a regular building with some storage space and a small desk where we handle the paperwork. We deal with various supplies that the local workshops and businesses need to keep their own operations going. The traffic on Gandhi Road can be a real headache, especially in the evenings when the shifts change at the big plants nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking on orders or talking to drivers who are lost trying to find our gate. The heat in Sriperumbudur can be pretty intense, so we have a couple of noisy fans going all day long. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who have been working together for a bit. We keep things organized as best as we can, though sometimes the floor gets cluttered with crates when we’re busy. We aren’t trying to be the biggest outfit around, just a spot where people can get what they need without a lot of fuss. It’s hard work and the days are long, but that’s just the way it goes here. We close up when the sun goes down and do it again tomorrow.
