You can find us at Plot Number 6 on Mahathma Gandhi Street in Thuraipakkam. We have a yard filled with all sorts of things people need for building, like cement, bricks, and various hardware items. It is a practical place, and things are usually stacked wherever we can find some space. We have been operating here for a few years and have seen Thuraipakkam grow quite a bit during that time. Our days are mostly spent loading supplies onto small trucks or helping customers figure out how many bricks they might need for a wall. It is hard work and our hands are usually dirty, but we don't mind it much. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just open the gates early in the morning when the sun comes up and wait for the local builders to stop by. Sometimes the street gets very crowded with deliveries, and things can get a bit messy, especially when it rains and the ground gets muddy. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can. Most of our customers are folks from around the neighborhood who are doing some repairs or contractors working on the new houses nearby. We just provide the materials and let people get on with their work. It’s a simple way to make a living and we are happy to be part of the community.
