We’re located on the 5th floor of the Parsn Manere building, which is right on Anna Salai in Chennai. If you know Chennai, you know how busy Anna Salai gets. It’s the heart of the city, and there’s always something happening outside. Being on the 5th floor, we’re a bit removed from the noise of the street, but you can still hear the hum of the traffic if you listen for it. The building is an older one, and the lift can be a bit temperamental, so sometimes we end up taking the stairs. Our office isn't very large. It’s mostly filled with desks, some old filing cabinets, and a few stacks of brochures that nobody really looks at. We spend our days on the phone or working on the computer, coordinating with suppliers and site managers. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure schedules are met. We don't have a fancy reception area or a coffee machine; we just get our tea from the guy who comes around the floors. It’s a typical Chennai office environment—a bit cramped, a bit warm when the AC isn't at full blast, but it’s where we do our work. We’ve been here at Number 7 for quite some time now. We don't bother with much marketing; we just focus on the daily tasks and making sure everything is in order. It’s just how we run things. Our small team knows the routine well, and we prefer staying in this part of town.
