We’ve been in this neighborhood for a good stretch of time. It’s a narrow street, so it can be a bit of a squeeze if a big truck is coming through, but we make it work. Our office is just a simple room where we handle all the import and export details. We aren't big on bells and whistles. We keep our overhead low so we can just focus on the actual business. Most of our day is spent on the phone or tracking packages. It’s a lot of paperwork, to be honest. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent business without a lot of drama.
