S M Engineers And Consultants

We’ve been based out of the Railway Quarts in Arakkonam for a good while now. Our office is over at 436/C, and it’s a pretty busy little spot being so close to the station. We handle engineering work and consultancy for various projects around here. It isn't a big, fancy setup with glass walls or expensive furniture. We just have our desks, some old computers, and stacks of drawings that seem to grow every week. Most days it’s just us figuring out technical problems or talking to clients about their building plans. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act more important than we are. We just live and work in Tamil Nadu like everyone else. The trains go by pretty often and the noise is just something we stopped noticing years ago. It’s a practical place for practical work. Sometimes we are out on a site for the whole day, getting dusty and tired, and other times we are stuck here in the office trying to make sense of a difficult design. We don't have a team of marketers or anything like that. If you call, you just talk to one of us directly. We’ve seen the town change quite a bit from our windows. We just keep doing the work, one project at a time, and hope the drawings make sense to the guys actually building the stuff. It’s a simple life and we are okay with that.
