Rohit Fashions

Rohit Fashions is tucked away on Gopalakrishna Street. It’s a busy little street with a lot of character. We’ve been here for a long time. The shop isn’t huge, but it’s packed with clothes and fabric. We like being on this street because it feels like a real community. Everyone knows everyone else. We spend our days helping customers find what they need. It’s not a high-end boutique with bright lights and music. It’s a simple shop with racks of clothes and a couple of mirrors. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few families come in at once. We don’t mind. We just keep working. We don't have a big staff. It's mostly family and a couple of helpers. We pick out the stuff we sell based on what people around here like to wear. Gopalakrishna Street has its own rhythm. We open up, put some stock outside, and wait for the regulars. It’s a lot of folding and tidying up. We don’t use any fancy marketing tricks. We just try to be fair and helpful. The building is old, and sometimes the roof leaks a little when the monsoon is heavy, but we manage. It’s home to us. We enjoy the chat with people who walk in just to say hello. That’s how we’ve always run the place. We just keep the doors open and see who comes by each day.
