Ripe Institute

Ripe Institute is found on the 4th Floor of the New Block in Bishop Jerome Nagar. Since we are up on the fourth floor, there’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then. The space is divided into a few different rooms for classes and meetings. It’s not a fancy corporate office; the desks are well-used and there are posters and notices taped up on the walls. We spend most of our time here helping people with their studies or whatever they’ve come to learn. It can get pretty loud during the breaks when students are hanging out in the hallways. The view from the windows is mostly of the other rooftops in the area. We’ve been in Bishop Jerome Nagar for a while, and it’s a decent place to be located. The New Block is usually bustling with people going to different offices. We try to keep our rooms tidy, but with so many people coming in and out, there’s always a bit of a mess to clear up at the end of the day. We don't have a big reception desk or a lobby, just a small area where people can wait. It’s a practical setup meant for work and learning. We don't spend much on decorations; we just make sure there are enough chairs and that the lights work. It’s a straightforward place where we focus on what needs to be taught and handled daily.
