Ramachandra Medical College

We are located at 1, Ramachandra Nagar, right in the Sri Ramachandra Nagar area of Porur. It is a very well-known spot because the college is quite large and has been here for a long time. Ramachandra Medical College is almost like a small town on its own. It is very easy to get lost in the different blocks if you are not careful. The traffic in Porur can be quite heavy, so there is always a bit of a roar from the street outside. Inside the gates, it is a different world. There are people moving in every direction at all hours of the day and night. We don't really bother with glossy advertisements or corporate speak. The place is busy enough that it speaks for itself. The buildings are a mix of older sections and newer additions. You will see doctors in scrubs, students with huge textbooks, and plenty of patients and their families. The canteen is always crowded and smells like fried food and coffee. It is a bit chaotic sometimes, but that is just the way a big medical institution in a place like Porur works. We have a lot of history in these corridors. It is a hardworking place where everyone is just trying to do their bit. It is not always pretty or polished, but it is real and it is always moving.
