Rajessh Engineers

Rajessh Engineers is tucked away at No. 9, V.O.C Street in Kumaran Nagar. This part of Sholinganallur is mostly residential, so it’s fairly quiet compared to the main roads. We have a small setup here where we handle engineering tasks and repairs. It is basically a workshop with a few desks squeezed in. There are tools everywhere and usually a few half-finished projects sitting on the benches. We started out small and stayed that way on purpose. It is easier to keep track of things when you don't have a hundred employees. The street outside is narrow, so parking is always a bit of a gamble. Most of our neighbors know us by now. We don't spend money on fancy stuff or decorations. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but nobody here really cares about that. We care more about getting the measurements right or fixing a machine that someone brought in. It’s honest work. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but we still show up and get to it. We don't have a big corporate philosophy. We just like fixing things and making sure they work like they are supposed to. If you walk past, you’ll probably hear the sound of a lathe or someone grinding something. That’s just us. We’ve been at it for years and plan to stay right here on V.O.C Street for as long as we can.
