We're up on the fourth floor of the Golden Tower building on Royapettah High Road. If you know the Swagat Hotel, then you know exactly where we are. It’s a busy part of town, always lots of cars and bikes going past. We’ve been here for a while now. The lift sometimes takes a minute if it's the morning rush. Most of us just walk up if we're in a hurry. You can see the street from our windows. It gets pretty loud during the day, but we're used to it. Rai University has its space right here in the middle of everything. We don't have a fancy entrance, just the usual office doors. People come and go for classes or just to ask about things. Royapettah is a good spot because it’s easy to get to from almost anywhere else in Chennai. There’s a tea shop just down the street where some of the staff go for breaks. It's not a big corporate place, just a regular set of rooms where we get our work done. The 4th floor stays a bit cooler than the street level, which is nice in the summer. We share the building with a few other offices. Most days are pretty standard, just handling paperwork and seeing students who drop by. It’s a practical setup for what we do here. No big signs, just the address on the wall. It’s just us doing our daily work and keeping things moving along as best as we can every single day.
