Our place is located at No. 28/1 on Sundram Lane. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads around here. Sailcon Exim Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this building for some time. We spend our hours coordinating shipments and looking over documents. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of patience, especially when things get delayed or the weather doesn't cooperate. The office has a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't really have a lobby or a receptionist, so if someone comes by, one of us just looks up from our desk to say hello. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is a bit of a headache, but we find ways to get the job done regardless. Sundram Lane is narrow, so parking can be a bit of a nightmare if you have a big vehicle. We usually just walk or take a bike. Most of the time, the atmosphere is just focused. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big speeches or glossy brochures. We just want to make sure the containers are booked and the clients get their updates. It is plain work, day in and day out. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the schedule. That's pretty much what goes on behind our doors every single week, just trying to keep the business moving.
