Product Support Engineer

Our place is located at 66, Rama Swamy Street in Mannady, which is a busy part of Chennai. We call ourselves Product Support Engineer. The street is usually packed with people and carts, especially in the mornings. It’s one of those parts of the city that never really sleeps. We’ve been at this number 66 address for quite a bit. The building is old but it holds up well enough for what we need. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on different tasks. We don't have any big signs or anything to show off. Most of our neighbors know us by now. Chennai weather can be tough, so we usually have the fans going all day long. It's a simple setup. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or decorations. We’d rather just focus on the work itself. Mannady is a unique place with a lot of history, and we feel like we fit right in. Sometimes the power goes out, or the rain floods the street a little, but we just deal with it and keep moving. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls; it’s just a ground-floor spot on Rama Swamy Street. We like the local vibe here. It feels real and honest. We aren't trying to be something we are not. We just do the support work and head home when the day is over. It is a very plain way to run a business.
