Our office is on the second floor of a building at No.60/13 Ganapathy Street in Shenoy Nagar. It’s right here in Chennai. We’ve been focusing on the sand and cement side of things for a while now under the name Pratama Sands and Cements. Being on the second floor means we do a lot of our actual business over the phone or by visiting sites, but this is where the paperwork happens. Shenoy Nagar is a pretty central area, so it’s easy for people to find us. We don't use any of that high-level marketing talk. We just deal in the basics that every construction project needs. Sand and cement are the foundations of everything, and we know that better than anyone. We have to keep track of a lot of logistics, making sure the supplies get to the right place at the right time. It can be a bit of a headache when the weather doesn't cooperate or the trucks are delayed, but we do our best to stay on top of it. Our team is small, and we just handle things as they come. We don't have any polished corporate goals to talk about. We just want to provide the materials that builders need without making it a big ordeal. Most of our clients are local contractors who have known us for years. It’s a straightforward business and we plan on keeping it that way for the long run while we stay busy.
