Pradhan Nitin

Pradhan Nitin is over at 14 Devasigamani Street in Royapettah. Royapettah is a busy and crowded part of the city with a lot of history. Our place is on a street that has a lot of old buildings and small shops. It is a bit of a tight squeeze on the street, especially when there are cars parked on both sides. Our office is in a small, older building. It is a very plain space with just the essentials. We have a couple of desks, a few chairs, and a cupboard for our files. We handle various local business tasks and administrative work. It’s a bit loud with the noise from the street, but we don't mind. We have a small window that lets in some light, but the building next door is very close. We’ve been in Royapettah for a while and we like being in this part of town. Most of the people we work with are from nearby. We don't have any marketing materials or big signs. It’s just a place where we sit and get the daily work done. The work involves a lot of talking and writing. We just keep things simple and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a modest operation and we’re happy to be a part of the local neighborhood. We finish up our work and head out when the street lights come on.
