Empire Clothing

We’re located at No. 47a on the second floor of a building on Walaja Street. It's in the Pattur area of Mangadu. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a breeze sometimes, which is nice when it’s hot outside. We don't have a big street-level storefront, so people usually have to know we’re here to find us. We handle a lot of clothing orders throughout the week. The space isn't huge, but we’ve organized it to fit our machines and the finished goods. It’s mostly just a few of us working here. We start early in the morning and usually wrap up by evening. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, so moving heavy bundles can be a bit of a chore. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just the stuff that works. It’s a quiet street for the most part, which helps us stay focused on the sewing and packing. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and keep things moving. You won't find any polished sales talk here. We just show the samples and talk about what can be done. It’s a simple setup in a regular neighborhood. We've been at this location for a while and the locals know us as the clothing place on the second floor. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks a lot but we just get on with the job.
